Find joy in the present For yesterday is gone, and Tomorrow aint assured. If you found happiness yesterday, it was worth the while, but that is stale milk now. Lag not in the yester - but fly with the memories perhaps, they can make today glad. But if they be somber, spit them out, like hot potato and take a generous sip of the cold lemonade served on your table today. Keep your body, mind and soul healthy for life may just surprise you with a million chances, to live and see old age. Well if it does, embrace the now 'coz if you look too far ahead, you may tire your vision and make weary your spirit.
